Delivery time The exact delivery time can be found on the product page and during checkout. In some cases, delivery times may differ per product. When this happens, the products are usually shipped separately. Shipping Orders are processed on business days during the day and evening. Can I have my order delivered to a pickup point?

Yes, this is possible. At the moment, it is not yet possible to select a pickup point during checkout. Once we have prepared and shipped your order, you will receive a track & trace link from the carrier. Via this track & trace, you can select a pickup point yourself. Most shipments are sent via DHL.
