Delivery time
The exact delivery time is shown on the product page and during checkout. Ordering several products with different delivery times? We usually ship them separately, so you don't have to wait for the slowest item.
Shipping
- We process orders on business days, during the day and in the evening.
- As soon as your order has been packed you receive an email from us; the carrier's track & trace follows shortly afterwards.
- Ordered before the cut-off time shown on the product page? Then your parcel is registered the same day and you receive the track & trace the same day or the next morning.
- We do not process or deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
