What is the status of my return?

Have you registered your return via our Returnless form?

After registering your return, you will have received a confirmation email. This email contains a link that allows you to open your return request. Via this link, you can immediately view the current status of your return.

Return not registered via the form or has your shipment been returned to sender?

Please allow up to 7 days of processing time after we have received the return. These returns are processed manually, which may take a little longer.
